Winshark Limited was formed in February 2002 to bring the WinShark crm product to market. The product had been developed over a three year period by CKL Investments Limited and then handed over to WinShark to undertake the launch! All development on the product is still undertaken by the CKL group of companies which supplies consultancy and software development services to blue chip organisations which have included the likes of BMW and Universal Pictures International.

The core CKL management team has been together for nearly fifteen years beginning in the offshore financial software arena working around the globe for some of the worlds largest banks. Forming their first jointly owned company, CKL Consulting in 1998 to provide consultancy and software development services.
