The WinShark crm solution was developed to answer demand for out-of-the-box Customer Relationship Management software for the SME market. It was quickly configured to automate many of the administrative tasks inherent to Training Centres such as ADC IT College, and now has an additional module called the Learner Extract Processor to automatically import files downloaded from the on-line system. The Learner Extract Processor enables a learner’s enrolment details and session data to be imported straight into WinShark with the minimum of effort. |
