With a core business in computer-based training software distribution, ADC IT College also offers training to the local community for individuals and SMEs. One of the major issues faced by Training Centres nationally is the complexity and level of administration required to register new learners and track an individual’s progression, which can is inspected and audited carefully, especially where funding subsidises are concerned. This is where WinShark came onboard to help ADC IT College.

The WinShark crm solution was developed to answer demand for out-of-the-box Customer Relationship Management software for the SME market. It was quickly configured to automate many of the administrative tasks inherent to Training Centres such as ADC IT College, and now has an additional module called the Learner Extract Processor to automatically import files downloaded from the on-line system. The Learner Extract Processor enables a learner’s enrolment details and session data to be imported straight into WinShark with the minimum of effort.

ADC is also acting as a training centre, consultant and installer for WinShark for the southern UK region, south of Birmingham and will be training other Centres in its use, as well as installing it for them.
