A UK institution with a global membership of 40,000 industry specialists has just installed WinShark crm as a replacement to an existing system. The primary reasons to replace their bespoke MS Access package was both speed and high bespoke development costs.

The system was used to contact the membership, wrapping multiple thousands of emails at the press of a button for the institutes Christmas 2002 message.

Further seats are soon to be ordered.
