Choose the correct upgrade for your installation from the list below and simply click the 'click to download' link next to the required item to download to your PC. Once you have successfully downloaded the patch, run update.exe to update your copy of WinShark crm. Remember to call support on 023 8062 9179 , if you have any problems. |

Please Note that this upgrade can only be applied to V1.60 PTF 1 If your WinShark crm system was created via a CD as opposed to a download, you will require your original WinShark CD to complete the upgrade. |
