WinShark crm support aims to provide you with all the information you could possibly need, whether it's to upgrade your demonstration copy or to give you the solution to a query. Those Users that have used this service will appreciate that all calls and emails are dealt with in a professional manner at all times. Support operates 9 - 5, Monday to Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays and is only available to registered users of WinShark crm.

Silver Support comes as standard with all registered copies of WinShark crm, all you pay for is the cost of the call. Your call will be dealt with as soon as a support consultant becomes available and you will be informed of the intended resolution no later than 4 working hours after the initial contact.
